No need to travel in search of sunshine with this spell of good weather so relax in the garden with a glass of cool Pinot Noir. This is a fresh, elegant wine full of cherry and raspberry flavours with hints of strawberry. Light, smooth and harmonious it pairs well with red meats and cheese. Excellent served cool from the cellar, it’s a hit for summer! Too hot for wines with big flavours? It’s time to cool down with an ice cold glass of Pinot Grigio. Pinot Grigio is often overlooked for not having enough flavour but in a heatwave it’s just what you need. Ice cold from the fridge, it’s refreshing and light. A real deckchair wine.
