The small print

For delivery by national courier service we re-pack wines using industry-standard "airsac" packaging; wines are not dispatched in original cases. If your wine originally comes in a wooden case and you would like to receive it that way please let us know and we will try to accommodate.
National courier deliveries are dispatched on a 3 working-day service (although with a fair wind sometimes they arrive sooner). If we receive an order after 12.30pm it is unlikely to dispatch until the following day. We will advise you of dispatch & likely arrival dates after processing your order, and aim always to have your wine with you within 5 working days.
Larger orders (over four dozen bottles) are sent on a pallet, so please advise us of any access restrictions at the delivery address. We would always advise that you contact us by email or phone if you wish to place a large order, so that the most effective delivery can be made.
If an order is placed with incorrect delivery method selected we cannot dispatch it until the correct option has been established & paid.
Unlike many Wine Merchants we do not offer free delivery. It's not because we're mean-spirited, but because the business is in essence cash & carry / wholesale and our prices reflect that. We have not built wiggle-room into wine prices to cover free offers, discounts or other such shenanigans, we set prices as competitively as possible to give our customers the best possible deal. If you find our wines listed elsewhere for less we'd be very surprised, and curious to know where you found them!
