Light and fruity, it will tickle your taste buds but you won’t loose your cool as it is ONLY 11% abv. The palate is easy going with touches of green apple and gooseberry. Perfect with fish dishes, of course. Serve chilled – unless you are by a river, this takes about 2 hours in the fridge. If you are a little impatient, 20 minutes in a bucket of ice water...and enjoy!...
