Bellini…the quintessential drink of Venice. A medley of Prosecco and white peach puree, it represents la dolce vita in a glass!
Try our new white peach nectar (or perhaps rhubarb) with Prosecco Spumante (the bubblier one makes a better match for cocktails.)

Did you know? The Bellini was created by Giuseppe Cipriani at one of Venice’s most famous addresses – Harry’s Bar. Established in 1931, it was frequented by writers such as Hemingway and Capote and has been serving Bellinis for nearly 90 years. Proof that you can’t go wrong with peaches!
