As the seasons start to change, late summer heralds ripe fruits and earthy flavours bottled into these two traditional style wines from Domaine de la Berthete.

From the plains of the Southern Rhone, where in times past bandits roamed freely, now Pascal and Marie-Pierre work the stone ridden land to create these wonderful vigorous wines.
The Cote du Rhone with its dry ripe fruit flavours mingled with spices echo back to summer days and the smooth finish marries well with steak. Somewhat lighter is the Vin du Pays, a vivaciously fruity red with a dry finish that works wonders with cheese.
