Sauvignon Blanc…the explosive varietal that awoke the world to New Zealand wine is still going strong. When Marlborough’s first Sauvignon Blanc vines were planted, no one could have predicted the super status that they would attain. Roundstone is no exception with its grassy, gooseberry fruit flavours with mineral overtones. A great addition to summer picnics and buffets.
With New Zealand being so isolated, it has had no choice but to learn to live sustainably. In Maori belief, natures resources belonged to the earth, and people were welcome to use of these gifts, as long as they did so respectfully. This concept that has become mainstream throughout New Zealand’s business community, with a high commitment to sustainability throughout the wine producing community.
