Meet Raul Perez - Spanish winemaker and oenologist. “Raul is a free spirit…he doesn’t stop creating, he doesn’t stop tasting, he doesn’t stop changing.” He creates his own wines but also collaborates and advises on projects with other wineries. Together with Venta la Vega they have produced an exciting Spanish wine.

His priority is to exert the minimum influence on the grape and Adaras Lluvia Blanco shows off the results beautifully. This blend of Verdejo and Sauvignon Blanc, with its fresh flavours of kiwi, lemon and pineapple is simply perfect for the summer!
