Port has been in existence since the 15th century
and we still love it!
and we still love it!
This Portuguese fortified wine comes in a variety of styles. Ruby Port is fruity and juicy whilst Tawny Port is paler, the colour of walnuts, and has a nutty flavour from oak ageing.
Traditionally served with cheese at the end of a meal, but why not try something different? Ruby Port with chocolate cake can be the perfect pairing or serve White Port as an aperitif or with tonic as a summer drink.
