Classy burst of flavour

New in this week, we are very impressed with this classy Chardonnay. Boasting a bright yellow golden hue it seduces with scents of blossom and cinnamon spice. A remarkable melange of pears, peach, toffee, cream and vanilla on the palate. With only a short spell of oak ageing, it is beautifully balanced with ripeness and acidity making it great with fish or chicken.

From the Puisserguier vineyards in the Saint Chinian area of Languedoc, the grapes grow in a landscape of high hills and shallow soils. As the vines are from cooler sites, they have lower vigour but deliver pure flavours and great balance.
