Made with Melon de Bourgogne grapes grown on the coast of Saint-Fiacre, the wine is aged on its lees to produce depth and complexity. This is a long way from the less interesting Muscadets (which suffered in the UK market), and is a pure delight with shellfish, or indeed any marine dish, where the crisp style and length of finish will require frequent re-fills!
