Try it and love it!

Easy drinking wines come and go but this one will not go out of style…try it and love it! An exquisite marriage of Colombard and Sauvignon make this a refreshing wine bursting with flavours.  A mixture of citrus, floral and exotic aromas hit the palate.   With its soft finish it is perfect as an aperitif and with any fish or seafood dishes. Light but Spicy!

With the hot weather continuing we are in an Australian mood this week.  Red wines are not associated with summer but this Shiraz is perfect in the heat. Slightly spicy but light it shows vibrant red berry and cherry flavours rounded off with a hint of vanillin oak.  Medium bodied it is perfect for BBQ’s and one of our summer bestsellers. Snuggle up with a Malbec.

As colder weather has returned to us this week, grab a blanket, snuggle up and enjoy a warming glass of Malbec. This rich smooth Malbec from Argentina has a deep ruby colour with spiced plum and red berry fruit flavours.  Full bodied but soft in an appealing robust, rounded style that’s perfect for red meat.  A must have for Sunday lunch with the family. The winery in Maipu, Mendoza, benefits from year round winds from the Andes bringing in hot and dry air which improves the vines and leads to uniform ripening resulting in this extremely pleasing wine.
