Bet you thought this endless summer couldn’t get any better…Well how about this winner from Horgelus?
A rich and complex dry white wine blended with Gros and Petit-Manseng grapes. A dash of Sauvignon Blanc is added to enhance the exotic notes of these two Gascon varieties. Aged for 6 months on fine lees to create a delicate toasted finish. Perfect to serve with grilled fish and cheese.
The Domaine Horgelus is located in a pretty Gascon village in the foothills of the Pyrenées. This region, renowned for centuries thanks to its Armagnac, now attracts many visitors coming to experience its wines and foods. The family run vineyard covers 90 hectares and also comprises over 30 hectares of woods and meadows.
