A fresh white for spring!

As spring is in full swing now, we are starting to eat lighter meals and salads…so now is the time to try this delightfully fresh wine.
This young white Rioja has soft fruity aromas. It is light and fresh on the palate with hints of pear and apple making it an excellent springtime aperitif. As the days start to warm up, it will make a great companion to fish and chicken dishes.
Monopole is produced by the fifth generation of the founders of CVNE (Compania Vinicola del Norte de Espana), mainly from handpicked Viura grapes in northern Spain. It has been a true classic among the Spanish white wines since 1915.
