60 seconds wine choice…no time to make decisions?

Many of us have neither the time or inclination to study wine guides, carefully planning our perfect food and wine pairings. That’s where we come in to help you. We have put together a snapshot collection of three wines to go with some popular food choices.

The newest addition to our wine list, this Pinot Noir is scented and delicate with an alluring perfume. From the Casablanca valley in Chile where there is a long cool growing season creating perfect conditions for pinot noir grapes.

Pinot Noir, Casablanca, Limited Selection Montes, £8.99

Before New Zealand became known for Sauvignon Blanc production, it’s home was in the Loire valley where this wine is from. Not so pungent as many other sauvignons but with fresh gooseberry and lemon fruit flavours, it makes a great accompaniment to delicate fish dishes.

Sauvignon Blanc, TyDy, Thierry Delauney, £7.99

A fantastic French organic wine produced by the acclaimed “Woman of Wine”, Claude Vialade, it is perfect to pair with vegetarian dishes and sustainable lifestyles. With smooth ripe damson and black cherry flavours, it is rich round and easy to drink.

Heritage Syrah, Montmija, Claude Vialade, £7.89
